- 5+ years' experience in a leadership role, ideally in a creative agency, or client-side design team, working across multiple brands.
- Experience of working within the luxury travel industry or with travel/luxury clients.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing content strategies that drive engagement, brand awareness, and business results.
- Strong creative and conceptual vision, bringing stakeholders on the journey to execute high quality integrated campaigns.
- Experience working with Adobe creative suite.
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and working to tight deadlines.

The role in a nutshell:
As the Head of Creative and Content, you'll steer our creative vision and content strategy, inspiring a team of talented professionals to produce innovative and engaging multimedia content that captivates our audience and elevates our brand. This role is perfect for a creative powerhouse with a passion for storytelling, a keen eye for detail, and a love for the open sea.
The successful candidate will articulate their ideas clearly to both the senior directors and stakeholders which includes the brand and marketing team. Their expertise should lie in outlining the stylistic nuances of each project, ensuring consistency and alignment with the companies' brand identity, whilst understanding the core commercial objectives. The commercial return and successful metrics of every campaign will be at the heart of everything they do. The collaboration with the brand and commercial teams to gain insight into the performance of creative efforts, and identifying successful strategies and areas for improvement to evolve our creative direction effectively is a crucial part of this role.
