    Would you like to join a company who are global experts in collaboration services, for the media and entertainment industry?

    This company provides services to some of the largest global media and entertainment brands, including: Pinewood Studios, Warner Brothers and Netflix, to name a few.

    This company are looking for a Studio Network Support Engineer to join their growing team based out of the Shepperton Office.

    You will have the opportunity to get your hands on some the latest industry leading tech, including vendors such as Arista, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Juniper, Brocade, HP, Aruba, Dell, Cisco, Adva, Cambium and Unifi

    Responsibilities:

    Provide face-to-face, telephone and email support to our clients across the entire range of our services and solutions with a studio focus

    Installation, configuration and on-going maintenance of our equipment

    including wireless access points, switches, routers and firewalls

    Troubleshooting wired and wireless connectivity issues

    Manage support and provisioning cases via our Salesforce platform

    Physically and remotely provision and decommission services

    Lead small/medium networking and connectivity projects and demonstrate the ability to lead on larger deployments over time.

    Opportunity for additional remuneration and professional challenges through out of hours engineering projects

    Attend client meetings to provide technical support to our studio coordinator as required

    Developing and writing detailed process and systems studio documentation

    Skills/Must have:

    1+ Year networking experience (TCP/IP and VLANs)

    Good understanding of Wireless concepts

    Understanding of routing protocols (BGP/OSPF/MPLS/VXLAN)

    valid drivers licence

    working at heights

    This job is 5x days a week on site in Shepperton and is paying between 拢35,000 - 拢42,000 Based on experience.
