    Role Description:

    nAs an I&O Associate, you will play pivotal role in turning our unique capability in brand & marketing measurement into compelling insights for Marketing, Brand, and Leadership teams in Global Consumer & D2C organizations.

    We are scaling and integrating a corpus of cross-channel digital signals from social, search, web, reviews and offline survey datasets to uncover insights, to help our clients & new prospects succeed in the 21st Century marketing.


    In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating with both our Clients and Data & AI team in answering the most pressing questions our clients are asking.

    You'll be using the tooling we've built to get insight rarely available. You will work in a vertical such as Food, Beverages, Beauty & Personal Care. In this role, you're expected to take ownership in the insight process from initiation to final delivery. You'll be defining research question, identifying the relevant data, and presenting the findings to clients and our Product team.


    Requirementsn3-6 years of Professional Experience in a leading Market Research, Start-up, or Strategy ConsultancynProfessional experience in Consumer Insights and/or Marketing SpendnPassion for digital, social, mobile media, and other new platforms to help us maximize the insight generation process.nSolid understanding in how FMCGs build brands, and measure their performancenSharp thinker and crisp communicator – able to break down complex matters into digestible and actionable formatnAbility to synthesize large amounts of information - and translate into insightnAutonomous completer-finisher mindset with proven track record in drivingnThis is a client facing role and candidates must be comfortable in this environmentnProven experience in conducting research & understanding various research methodologiesnExperience in Hypothesis-led / Business Question driven storytellingnA proven track record of writing plans and designing research projectsnCulturally plugged in and literate in modern media from a user & industry perspectiven·Must have legal right to work in the job primary location.


    Preferred Skills/Experience:
    nFMCG Experience (direct/indirect) is a major plusnMarketing spend effectiveness or Marketing Mix modelling experiencenSocial listening tooling know-hownEducated on a variety of analytical methods, shapes thinking and influences decisionsnUndergraduate or higher degree in Business, Economics, Social Sciences, from a reputable University with a strong academic performance
