Our service in Lochaber (Fort William) provides respite breaks to people with caring responsibilities.We believe in the power of person-centred support and the importance of ensuring that carers have the chance to take a break when needed.
Our support helps to keep people in their own homes, surrounded by familiarity and comfort.As a part time or relief Support Practitioner, you'll be the helping hand that carers rely on.
With an impressive rating from the Care Inspectorate, we are dedicated to upholding the highest standards of care and support.
We strive for excellence in everything that we do, and our Support Practitioners play a vital role in maintaining these high standards.
We value flexibility , and our support visits can be tailored to work around your other commitments, whether it's childcare, studies, or other responsibilities.
We are looking for caring individuals who have a genuine passion for making a positive impact in their community.
You do not need professional experience to join us. We provide comprehensive induction training to all new team members.You'll be part of a supportive team in Lochaber (Fort William) that values your contributions and helps you grow in your role.
35 days holiday per year, rising to 40 with service (pro-rata).~ Paid travel time and additional mileage contributions of 45p per mile.
