**Training & Compliance Coordinator

  • From £30,000.00 dependent
  • Glasgow City Centre, Scotland****The Role

Are you a natural people person with excellent communication skills who can inspire and motivate others? If so, we're looking for you to join our friendly team.

**Key Responsibilities: The key responsibilities of a Training & Compliance Coordinator include, but are not limited to:

  • Giving in-depth training on the policies and procedures they need to follow to ensure they comply with their obligations to UK Visas & Immigration as the holders of a Sponsor License.
  • The client training is given on site at our office or via Zoom or Team although on occasion we do travel to client premises.
  • Conduct audits of our client's HR Processes to evaluate their compliance

The key skills and qualities of a Training & Compliance Coordinator are:

  • Previous supervisory experience in a training environment is required.
  • Strong administration skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Competent in office functions such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
