Parts and Service Assistant/ Delivery Driver - Required in Poole, Dorset
***- Basic Wage: £20, ,000

  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday 7am 5pm, every 3rd Saturday 8.00am 12.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Trainee Parts Assistant/Driver at our clients busy Commercials site in Poole.


As a key member of their operation, you will be involved in duties such as:

  • Delivery of exceptional customer service
  • Establishing customer's needs for required parts through diagnosis and recommendations
  • Locating and ordering parts for our very busy sales and service departments
  • Fully conversant with procedures within the parts / service departments
  • Delivering and collection parts as required
  • Liaising and maintaining relationships with the suppliers
  • Receiving, recording and allocating parts and consumables from suppliers
  • Communicating relevant promotions to the Workshop Controller and our customers
  • Assisting with parts stock checks, reporting any stock damages or losses, follow current procedures for returning parts to all suppliers.


Our clients are seeking for a Parts and Service Assistant / Delivery Driver with enthusiasm and a dynamic personality who will share our energy and passion and contribute to our ongoing success.

You need to be pro-active, take pride in what you do, have excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn through industry training will an interest in pursuing a career within the industry.

Company uniform will be provided. Prior experience would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be given.
