    Description

    Sanctuary Personnel is currently looking for an experienced Band 6 Community Mental Health Nurse (CPN) to take on a new ongoing contract role.

    00per hour (assignment rate)

    Contract Type:
    Locum, 3-month contract
    Shift Pattern: 30 hours per week.4 days a week within Monday - Friday.
    Provide assessment and interventions for people with significant mental health conditions such as dementia, depression, psychotic illness and personality disorders
    Offer training, advice, and guidance to colleagues in the neighbourhood team on common mental health conditions
    Participate in Neighbourhood Team MDT meetings and ensure key information is recorded in shared care plans
    Work closely with the mental health integrated care team in order to provide an excellent mental health service
    Clinical Assessment of mental health needs
    Assessment and management of risk
    Participating in a duty rota to offer on call support and advice to service users and their carers
    Holistic care planning and co-producing crisis plans with service users, keeping service users and their families at the heart of the intervention
    Requirements of the

    Community Mental Health Nurse:
    Degree or equivalent in Mental Health Nursing
    Experience working as a Mental Health Nurse
    NMC Registration
