    Job title:
    M&E Shift Supervisor

    Location:
    Static High-End Commercial Site Located in North London

    Terms:
    Permanent contract - 4on-4off Shift Pattern, 7am-7pm (Days Only)

    Salary/rate:
    Salary is paying £53,000 depending on qualifications and experience.

    Requirements:
    Electrical Qualifications needed consist of the below -* City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2/3 in Electrical Engineering

    • City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2/3 in Mechanical/Plumbing
    • 18th Edition
    • City & Guilds 2391 testing and inspecting
    • HVAP - Desired
    • AP - Desired

    About the role:

    We are looking to take on board a strong M&E Shift Supervisor to cover a High-End Commercial Site in North London.

    They are looking for a reliable Tennant Supervisor to contribute to the M&E works and running's onsite and to report straight back to the account manager.


    Responsibilities:

    • Management and supervision of the team in accordance with Procedures and Policies
    • Ensuring the efficient and effective operation, maintenance, and repair of the sites M&E
    • Plant and Equipment and Services.
    • Compliance with and record keeping
    • Organise and if necessary, assist in reactive repairs to the sites M&E systems
    • Attend site and manage reactive repairs as instructed by client and Site Staff/System.
    • Prioritising and delegating reactive and Planned Preventative Maintenance tasks to the Engineering team and Supply Partners ensuring optimum levels of service delivery are being achieved.
    • Ensure that Planned Preventative Maintenance is carried out in line with task schedules and industry best practices

    Candidate requirements:

    • The ideal candidate is client facing (job activities that involve direct interaction or contact with a client or customer)
    • The ideal candidate has bundles of experience as a site supervisor and within the facilities maintenance industry.
    • Strong building services background.
    • At least three years' experience in a supervisory position.
