My client, a forward thinking and flexible employer with a real focus on their people - is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their expanding Talent Team on a permanent, hybrid basis.
Reporting into the Talent Manager and Duties include:
- End to end Recruitment Process
- Managing the careers page and incoming applicants
- Global recruitment projects
- Collaborating with Stakeholders on their recruitment needs
- Leading and supporting Managers with interviews
- Updating and managing the ATS
- Supporting the Talent Manager with Workforce planning
- Ad hoc recruitment tasks
- Have strong recruitment experience gained within an Inhouse or Agency environment
- Be able to advise on Recruitment process
