An excellent opportunity has arisen for a HR Manager to join this expanding business.Therole willprovide strategic support to the Operations teams.
Working on areas such as culture and engagement, diversity and inclusion, talent management and coaching. Delivering the HR priorities/strategy across the client business and provide a bestin class employee experience.
- Support acquisitions and future business growth, including due diligence and integration
- Support on creating and be responsible for implementing strategies
- Provide hands on support to leaders and managers giving sound employment law advice when required
- Work with the HR Leadto develop and implement plans to train employees to reach their maximum potential
- Drivethe employee engagement agenda
- Work with the HR Lead on pay and reward strategies on a local level
- Ensure all legal compliance is in place regarding contracts, terms of service, policies, company handbooks and all other relevant documentation
- Work to create a seamless employee experience, along with leaders, HR and other support functions.
The ideal individual will have experience of change management processes and M & A as either aHR Manager or HRBP, an interest in shaping the future of the company.
An ability to work in an agile way, enjoy workingin an entrepreneurial culture that moves quickly and requires a quick response.
