    Business Administration Assessor and Trainer
    GP Strategies has been delivering Apprenticeships across the whole of Scotland for over 20 years.

    With a consistent achievement rate well above national average, we pride ourselves on delivering quality programmes to our Apprentices and enabling them to achieve their goals.

    As one of Scotland's leading training providers we provide programmes across a range of Apprenticeship Qualifications including IT, Digital Applications, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Customer Service, Management and Children and Young People.

    We are looking for a dynamic, organised, and flexible individual to take on the role as Business and Administration and Soft Skill Training Consultant to expand our team of experienced Assessors.

    Although this is a Hybrid role, duties will be mainly carried out remotely with some travel for onsite training and attending meetings at the office in Stirling.

    Assess candidates within the workplace against the recognised SQA standards for Business Administration SCQF 5 and SCQF 6
    Monitor learners' progress throughout their apprenticeship, overcoming any challenges so they achieve their qualification in a timely manner.
    Deliver soft skill training on a range of topics.
    Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Applications

    Previous experience delivering Business and Administration or Customer Service Apprenticeship programmes would be beneficial but not essential as training will be given.
