You will be joining a team of "A Players" who are driven, professional Financial Consultants.

    We are seeking a seasoned Finance Business Consultant with ERP implementation or project experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency with being able to plan, organize, direct, and control all accounting and financial operations which will effectively control all financial expenditures and properly reflect the financial status of each project.

    What you will be doing in the Role :

    • Ensure validity and accuracy of ERP through analysis, internal audit, and coordination with inventory control, production, and work order processing. QAD experience REQUIRED.
    • Prepare various financial analysis related to manufacturing costs, inventory, and expense information for various customers as needed for decision making support.
    • Challenge existing processes and streamline or develop new ones where appropriate to facilitate future growth of the business while driving value throughout the organization.
    • Analyze changes in manufacturing methods or services provided to determine effects on costs. Analyze actual production costs and prepare periodic reports comparing stand costs to actual production costs.
    • Deliver billable consulting services in the area of finance.
    • You know finance inside and out. As such, intimate knowledge of the following areas is required:
    • Costing: Standard & Average
    • Accounts Payable
    • Accounts Receivable
    • Budgets
    • Fixed Assets
    • Cash-flow Management
    • Profit and Loss

    Qualifications for the Role:

    • Experience with QAD ERP Implementations is REQUIRED.
    • Minimum 3-5 years experience as a controller (or above) in a manufacturing environment.
    • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present analysis and findings in both verbal and written formats to all levels of management and size of group.
    • Experience with supporting/managing accounting function in an ERP system, such as GL, AP & AR.
    • Ability to quickly understand and break down financial, business and technical concepts.
    • Proven ability to work remotely and independently in support of clients.

    This is a full-time employment position. Candidates should be eligible to work for any employer in the United Kingdom. Significant (75% on average) travel is required.
