- Carry out cyclic maintenance tasks within own team.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join BEAR Scotlands SE bridges team as an Industrial Painter.
The South East Unit includes 870 bridges and structures including the iconic Queensferry Crossing and Forth Road Bridge, as well as other major bridges such as the Kincardine Bridge and Clackmannanshire Bridge. Trunk roads in the South East serve as a vital link for Scotland's economy, ensuring thousands of daily journeys and deliveries are carried out safely.
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Industrial Painter to join the Major Bridges Maintenance Team. The post holder will carry out blasting and painting tasks to specified sector scheme standards, cyclic maintenance as required as part of department routine schedule. Work as part of the access installation/removal team for bespoke access systems. The role is of a craft nature and as such the post holder should be time served or appropriately qualified tradesperson from the discipline.
This is a full-time role.
