- Basic salary of £50,000 - £55,000
- Car allowance of £5000 per annum
- Holiday allowance of 33 days per annum
- Opportunity to work with a Leading FM Service Provider
- Management responsibility for a Team of Hard Services maintenance professionals.
- Management of a wide variety of Education sites covering the Midlands
- Managing the day to day health & safety across the contracts
- Supporting and standing in for the customer on FM issues when needed
- Working with the internal and external stakeholders to ensure conformance to budget
- Working closely with the on site management team and relevant stakeholders to deliver exceptional service levels
- Working to increase the performance of the contract across all areas
- Experience of managing Hard Services FM contracts - Preferably PFI
- Technically qualified in an electrical or mechanical discipline
- Commercially astute
- Accustomed to leading multi-site contracts
- Excellent H&S and compliance knowledge
- Outstanding stakeholder management skills both internally and externally
- Excellent levels of customer service and a proactive approach to managing any issues
