    Senior Therapeutic Support Worker
    Children's Residential Services

    Essential Criteria for Prospective Senior Therapeutic Support Workers:

    • Hold a Level 3 Children & Young Peoples Workforce Diploma with social care pathway OR Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in a Residential Children's Care Setting
    • Full UK Driving Licence
    • Work in partnership with parents, carers, and other professionals to safeguard and promote the welfare of young people
    • 5 hour weekly contract and 2 sleep ins per week (paid at £50 per night)
