- Answering general and technical enquiries, providing advice, assistance and support to customers and Area Engineers through various communication methods.
- Qualifying incoming enquiries, developing calls and establishing potential business opportunities.
Obtain and process information for informed decision-making and offer preparation. - Utilising a bespoke CRM system to prepare quotations and technical bids.
Managing and maintaining projects, enquiries and company correspondence. - Generating necessary paperwork for quotations, orders and internal technical documents.
- Securing appointments for field sales engineers.
- Strong technical knowledge of instrumentation/engineering aptitude.
- Ability to use, read and analyse technical terms, and explain technical issues effectively.
- Good understanding of level control systems.
- Mechanical or Electrical engineering degree or equivalent experience.
- Proficient in MS Windows and Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
