- Responsible for all Mechanical aspects of projects.
- Overseeing projects up to £1 - £3 million which generally consists of a Site Supervisor/Manager and subcontract labour.
- Commercial & Residential projects up to the value of £3m (M&E) - Offices, Tower Blocks, Education, NHS etc.
- Lead project teams to ensure technical precision in deliverables
- Conduct technical reviews and report to senior management.
- Implement quality control measures and management processes to maintain high standards.
- Demonstrate sound commercial acumen
- Ability to maintain relationships between both upstream clients and downstream contractors.
- Manage procurement of subcontractors and materials
- Continuously monitor project schedules, costs, and quality assurance.
- Review QA documents, commissioning certificates and handover information.
- Review site progress and provide reports to senior management .
- Prepare site-specific Health & Safety Documentation
- Identify and address health & safety requirements
- Facilitate project handovers and closures
- Proven experience delivering commercial mechanical projects worth over £2 Million.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to act as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Holds a valid SMSTS / CSCS Black card
- Experience managing multiple mechanical projects simultaneously
- £55k to £65k dependant on experience.
- Holiday entitlement 25 days plus statutory, 3 days retained for Christmas shutdown.
