Description
Your mission
is to empower our customers by building secure, scalable, enterprise software that is well tested and follows industry standard patterns. You'll work closely with the product team and our frontend engineering teams to deliver value to our customers while also investing in the quality and stability of our existing platform.Our Tech Stack
As a backend engineer, you'll primarily be working in Scala using the Play framework and persisting data to PostgreSQL. We provision our infrastructure with Terraform and we host on AWS. We keep our code in GitHub and deploy using Github Actions.
Your Qualifications
Languages and frameworks are just tools and we believe that with the proper support, these tools present a low barrier for talented engineers. It helps if you're familiar with the tools we use, but if you're a talented developer we think we can provide the support to up-skill you. The successful candidate should have suitable development experience, have a test driven mindset, be willing to learn and be accustomed to working in a collaborative environment.
