- Conducting thorough financial analysis, including valuation modelling, financial statement analysis, and company benchmarking within the infrastructure sector.
- Assisting in the execution of M&A transactions, including due diligence, deal structuring, and negotiation support.
- Conducting industry research and analysis to identify market trends, competitive landscapes, and potential investment opportunities.
- Collaborating closely with senior bankers and other team members to develop client presentations, pitch materials, and marketing documents.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, investors, and other key stakeholders within the infrastructure sector.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in investment banking, with a focus on M&A transactions within the infrastructure sector.
- Strong financial modelling skills and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other financial analysis tools.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to various stakeholders.
- Proven track record of working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and meeting tight deadlines.
