    Description

    The Assistant Store Manager position at Brunello Cucinelli is a key role that plays a vital part in supporting the Store Manager.


    Requirements for this role involve overseeing operations at the Boutique, providing guidance to the in-store team, and serving as a point of contact for customers.


    Responsibilities of the Assistant Store Manager include setting a positive example for the team and ensuring efficient management of the store.


    Specific duties of the role include:

    • Building and maintaining relationships with customers by actively engaging on the shop floor, delivering exceptional service in line with the brand's values and guidelines.
    • Communicating effectively and respectfully in various languages, both with customers and colleagues, while listening attentively to build trust.
    • Supervising sales activities to ensure compliance with company standards, with a focus on providing a memorable customer experience.
    • Collaborating with the Store Manager to establish and achieve specific, measurable goals based on KPI's.
    • Assisting in organizing events to attract new customers, enhance loyalty, and contribute ideas for CRM initiatives.
    • Ensuring adherence to Visual Guidelines by overseeing visual displays and staying updated on product offerings.
    • Coaching the team to optimize sales performance and identifying areas for improvement.

    Additionally, the Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for providing feedback on sales trends and ensuring continuous team development.

    • Assisting the stock department as needed, especially during inventories.
    • Upholding retail operations procedures and HQ guidelines.
    • Utilizing IT applications and systems effectively, including the Xstore and Salesforce CRM systems.


    The ideal candidate will possess a strong product knowledge, extensive experience in luxury retail (6+ years, with 2+ years in a managerial role), and proficiency in English (knowledge of another language is a plus).
