We are in search of a proactive Store Manager with a simplified, taste-centric approach to food and a steadfast dedication to a menu that evolves with the seasons.
As the Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our culinary offerings within an innovative concept. Your responsibilities will include managing daily store operations, supervising kitchen functions, and ensuring that every dish embodies Natoora's unwavering standards of excellence and seasonality, resonating with the local community.
Experience in specialty coffee and proficient barista skills would be advantageous.
Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar managerial position, a profound love for seasonal ingredients, and a solid grasp of specialty coffee.
