As Gamma has grown and evolved, so must our teams. Within our finance team we are transforming the way we work.

This role will help drive the successful definition and implementation of our new finance ERP system and will own all processes related to credit control operation and reporting.


What you'll be involved in:


  • Work with the Credit Control Manager and Credit Control team to understand all existing processes together with reporting and data requirements.
  • Gain a full understanding of relevant UK financial control and compliance requirements (both current and in a future "UK Sox" environment).
  • Take responsibility for the fit / gap analysis comparing new system "out of the box" standard processes with existing practice and preparing new standard operating procedure documentation of all the processes to be implemented.
  • Act as the primary point of contact with the new system implementation partner and the internal project teams.
  • Contribute to the project implementation plan and complete credit control project deliverables to agreed timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinate the preparation and successful execution of credit control testing scripts for all required processes. Manage all relevant data migration, systems interface and integration and cutover requirements.
  • Create and run training programmes (in conjunction with the project team) for the credit control team, wider finance team and across the business, to ensure that they are understood and adopted, creating key performance indicators where appropriate.

What skills do you need to make an impact in this role:

  • Prior experience of a finance system rollout and related accounts receivable process redesign, including the successful migration of credit control related transactional and master data.
  • Experience in ERP system implementation, Microsoft D365 is highly desirable but not essential
  • Managing a structured credit control process improvement project with demonstrable financial impact and successful adoption.
  • Strong change management experience able to take people on the journey and be clear in communication
  • The ability to manage and deliver multiple conflicting priorities and to deliver major project deliverable while ensuring the credit control team continues to perform and deliver their day jobs.
This role will require working in a hybrid model from our Newbury office.
