- Plan, co-ordinate and manage all site engineering and maintenance activities, safely and within agreed budget

Madisons Engineering are working with a leading manufacturing company who are currently recruiting for an Assistant Engineering Manager, this is the PERFECT ROLE for a Senior Team Leader, Engineering Supervisor or a Maintenance manager to step and take on more responsibility. The Assistant Engineering Manager will play a major role in the planning of projects and organising the maintenance team on the machinery, improving efficiencies and involved in CAPEX project as well as heading up the planned maintenance schedule. This is a great opportunity to join the business as they have been investing heavily into the business circa £150m across their impressive 16+ Factories.
