    Artsysmission is to expand the art market to support moreartists and art in the world. Artsy has created the worlds largesttwosided art marketplace offering more than 1 million works by100000 artists from 4000 leading galleries fairs auction houses andinstitutions in more than 100countries.


    The FP&AAnalyst plays an important business unit support function whilegaining company and industry knowledge and financial planning& analysis skills. Overall responsibilities includeassistance in annual budget creation ongoing forecasting financialreporting commission scheme calculations and various adhocanalysis. There is also the opportunity to be involved in anyCorporate Development activities as theyarise.

    By understanding the key drivers of thebusiness and working with leaders across the company including inthe sales organization the role will increase the growth rate andprofitability of Artsy.

    What YoullDo:

    • Assist in / own theoverall forecasting of the business (budget and ongoingforecasting)
    • Calculate commission schemepayouts and targets
    • Own and maintain theheadcount forecast across alldepartments
    • Maintain and improve reportingfiles for Sales and other teams
    • Prepareinternal financial communications
    • Input andanalyze financial data and create financial models for decisionsupport
    • Identify and drive process improvementsincluding the creation of standard and adhoc reports andtools
    • Create monthly and adhoc reporting tosupport operational and financial needs
    • Supportany external activity including Mergers & Acquisition andInvestor Reporting as required
    • Provide otherassistance support and guidance to FP&A and the businessas necessary

    • Bachelors Degree / professionalqualification in accounting business orfinance
    • Strong skills in MicrosoftExcel
    • Ability to communicate effectively withother team members in both written & verbalform
    • Ability to organize and manage multiplepriorities and deadlines in a fast paced environment with attentionto detail
    • Desire to learn and continuouslyimprove
    • Aptitude for problem solvingskills
    • Ability to extract and utilize data fromvarious software applications such as spreadsheets databases forreporting and/or analytical purposes
    • Experiencewith Looker Salesforce and Netsuite is aplus
