    Ready for a fresh challenge in your nursing career? We're on the hunt for a dedicated Registered General Nurse to take on the role of Nurse Unit Manager in a highly-rated nursing, residential and palliative care home in Leeds. This is an exciting opportunity with an hourly rate of up to £21.12 and an annual salary of up to £48,500.

    As a Nurse Unit Manager, your responsibilities will include:
    • Providing specialist nursing support and advice
    • Taking responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager's absence
    • Managing a team of RGN's and care staff
    • Assisting in running the service and leading by example
    • Ensuring high standards of care are adhered to
    We're looking for a Registered General Nurse with:
    • Experience in elderly care
    • Excellent clinical skills
    • A passion for delivering high-quality care
    • The ability to lead a team and set a positive example
