- Deliver group teaching sessions / Masterclasses at all levels in designated areas of specialism via webinar, checking and supporting learning and the practical application of workplace skills
- Lead on the preparation of teaching materials, assignments and associated mark schemes in designated areas of specialism and assist with course design where appropriate
- Mark assignments in line with mark scheme and provide effective feedback to learners on their performance and progress
- Carry out orientation calls and subject reviews with learners
- Engage in initial induction training to develop the fundamental skills and knowledge to commence teaching duties
- Engage in ongoing training to continually develop teaching, learning and assessment skills
- Monitor learner attendance and engagement, reporting areas for concern in line with organisational procedures
- Identify additional learning support needs in liaison with the Learning Support Manager, implementing any necessary adjustments
- Promote our safeguarding and wellbeing culture throughout interactions with both staff and learners
- Provide feedback on the learner experience and contribute to CILEX Law School's continuing improvement process
- Keep up to date with developments in designated areas of specialism
- Promote and raise the profile and reputation of CILEX Law School at all appropriate opportunities
- Passionate about helping learners build the requisite skills to succeed in law, with the ability to inspire and motivate others
