    Exciting Opportunity for a Dance and Drama Teacher (Maternity Cover) at a Secondary School in the East of Southampton

    Are you a passionate and creative Dance and Drama teacher looking for a rewarding opportunity to inspire students in the performing arts? Join us at East Southampton Secondary School, located in the vibrant East Southampton area, for a maternity cover position of 12 months, and be part of an esteemed academy trust committed to dedicated teaching.

    Deliver engaging and innovative Dance and Drama lessons that inspire creativity and artistic expression.
    Create a positive and inclusive learning environment to help students explore their talents in Dance and Drama.
    Contribute to extracurricular activities and performances to showcase students' talents and enhance their skills.
    Degree in Dance, Drama, Performing Arts, or a related field, ensuring a strong subject knowledge.
    Teaching qualification (such as PGCE or QTS) to demonstrate pedagogical skills and classroom management.
    Experience teaching Dance and Drama, either through previous teaching roles or relevant performance experience.
