If you have a passion and an interest in the aerospace/automotive sectors then we would love to hear from youYOUR MAIN RESPONSIBLITLIES:In your role as our Graduate/Undergraduate Engineer, you will:be involved in the design and development of our aircraft seat components, using SolidWorks CAD and working with suppliers and manufacturing engineering on design for manufacture and part of the team to work out how to certify the aircraft seat, to influence the design to help ensure it will be compliant to the regulations and to Airbus' part of a team working on the customization of the seat for a number of different types of aircraft to deliver for numerous exciting customer achieve the overall business objectives by ensuring the design, development, certification, and delivery of safe and reliable products that meet out targets and that are on time and to cost.
ensure timely completion of all airworthiness certification activities throughout the engineering lifecycle.deliver work packages within the new product development function, achieving on time product delivery and compliance to specifications and customer closely with other Mirus functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure effective & efficient design and development, including Design for Manufacture & Assembly, cost, weight, reliability and performance.
