    Description

    Primary Teaching Assistant (TA)

    Location: Daventry

    Are you passionate about supporting the educational development of young learners?     Key Responsibilities:

    • Providing support to the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
    • Assisting with the preparation of learning materials and resources.
    • Supporting students with their learning, including one-to-one and small group interventions.
    • Promoting positive behavior management strategies within the classroom.
    • Building strong relationships with students, colleagues, and parents to facilitate the learning process.
    Requirements:
    • Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school setting is desirable but not essential.
    • A passion for working with children and supporting their educational and emotional development.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude towards learning.
    • Willingness to undertake training and professional development opportunities as required.
