    Fundamental ESG research and analysis as an input into the stock selection process.

    Manage the team's engagement agenda, with responsibility for prioritizing and planning engagements, coordinating with the central ESG team, maintaining engagement log and monitoring progress and outcomes.

    Responsibility for efficient management of the GSE team's ESG processes and record keeping including ESG data analysis and research documentation.

    Analyse ESG performance of investment strategies, explaining portfolio level results including time series and contribution analysis.

    Provide commentary and analysis for periodic ESG reporting workflows, including portfolio ESG results analysis, company case studies, and engagement reporting.

    Collaborate effectively with central teams including Responsible Investment & Governance, ESG Strategy & Operations, Reporting, Sales, Product, Compliance, and Legal.
