- Perform EMC simulation analysis of the Propulsion System at System/Sub-system level.
- Create models and conduct EMC/EMI simulations on Powertrain components and systems.
- Collaborate with peers and specialists in simulation creation and methods.
- Analyze electromagnetic designs using various tools to meet customer requirements.
- Interpret analysis results and provide design directions based on reports.
- Collect and process data for EMC simulations.
- Present findings through reports and presentations.
- Promote best practices and process improvements.
- Transfer technical knowledge internally and externally.
- Create analysis proposals for potential clients.
- Support Business Development in exploring new opportunities.
- Bachelor's/Master's/PhD in Electrical & Electronic engineering with EM knowledge.
- Proficiency in high and low-frequency electromagnetic software like Altair's FEKO, Dassault CST.
- Interest in Electromagnetics areas including LO, EMC, EMI, RF, Antenna design, CEM.
- Deep understanding of 3D electromagnetic field simulation across various applications.
- Experience in creating and simulating Powertrain components and systems.
- Familiarity with RF antenna design, simulation techniques, and analysis.
- 3-10 years managing electromagnetic simulations, EMC/EMI/EDA, and related problems.
- Experience with Scripting languages and PCB layout best practices.
- Knowledge of computational electromagnetics tools and practical applications.
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.

As part of our team, you will be assigned to a client project with the OEM's PT CAE Propulsion Group for Electrification projects. This team plays a crucial role in conducting CAE/simulations for different areas within PT, contributing significantly to engineering and program decisions during product development.
You will primarily focus on EMC simulation analysis of the Propulsion System at the System/Sub-system level, establishing design capabilities, simulation workflows, and standards within the EMC team. Your role will involve collaborating with the physical testing team to optimize simulation methods based on real test data.
The ideal candidate should be a top-performing professional with expertise in EMC simulation software such as CST Microwave Studio, Altair FEKO, Flux, HFSS/SI wave/Q3D, and other electromagnetic simulation tools.
