- Challenger Bank located in Canary Wharf
- £40,000 - £50,000 salary range with additional benefits and bonus

- Scheme Compliance: Conduct detailed assessments to confirm that the bank's operations meet specific criteria, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Regulatory Compliance: Monitor and ensure that the bank's processing activities comply with relevant regulatory standards, addressing any non-compliance issues promptly.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to enhancing operational efficiency and scheme compliance by identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
- Scheme Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of FPS and CHAPS scheme requirements and provide guidance to internal teams for full compliance.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of compliance assessments and prepare reports for audits, ensuring transparency.
- Collaboration: Work closely with different teams to ensure a unified approach to scheme assurance and compliance.
- Scheme Changes: Stay updated on scheme requirements and ensure prompt adjustments in operational processes.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify and mitigate risks related to scheme compliance to protect the bank's reputation.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in scheme assurance, compliance, or a related role in the financial industry
- Strong knowledge of payment schemes, particularly FPS and CHAPS
- Attention to detail, analytical skills, and effective communication
- Ability to interpret and apply complex regulatory requirements
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Commitment to continuous improvement and keeping up with industry changes
