Workplace Team Leader (Reception)

As Workplace Team Leader, you will provide a world-class, client-facing Front of House service in line with the ISS vision.

You will be an ambassador of our client and ISS Support Services to blend seamlessly with your client organisation.


Key Responsibilities_**_

  • Ensure the Reception desks are sufficiently manned at all times between the operational hours of 08: Monday to Friday
  • To take responsibility of the service delivery in all common areas of the building, including collaboration areas and meeting room suites
  • To lead the team of Workplace Team Members across the Gosforth campus to offer reception & office services
  • To hold monthly, quarterly, and yearly reviews with your team in line with ISS standards.
  • To ensure all services and tasks are carried out in a timely manner and monitored
  • To update and ensure all ISS documents are relevant and correct (i.e., Standard Operating Procedures, H&S)
  • To lead the operation and be the main point of contact for the onsite client and ISS Management
  • Responsible for innovation and development of the current operation and to progress the contract
  • Ensure all client requests are fulfilled in a courteous, efficient and professional manner at all times
  • Flexible approach and willingness to undertake a range of shift patterns according to the business needs, including covering last minute absence for colleagues if necessary

Professional and personal competencies/qualifications_**_

  • GCSE Math and English or equivalent
  • Relevant corporate / hospitality/ customer service experience
  • Office Service Experience highly desirable
  • Room Booking (Condeco) or Calendar Management is desirable
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good time management, ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
  • Customer service skills

  • Calm and logical, professional mind set
