- Conduct group training sessions with Participants on essential Employability skills like confidence building, CV writing, and effective interviews
- Respond effectively to challenges as they emerge throughout the day
- Establish positive and constructive relationships with participants, working together, and encouraging them to identify and overcome potential obstacles hindering their return to employment
- Collaborate with other team members to assist your caseload in securing sustainable employment
- Offer job search assistance, directing participants to register on appropriate job platforms and ensuring their online profiles are updated and visible to potential employers
- Support participants in preparing for job interviews
- Handle challenging situations comfortably
- Achieve all monthly performance goals and Key Performance Indicators
- Accurately predict planned job commencements each month
- Enhance the overall participant journey by providing Employability skill interventions such as interview preparation, CV crafting, job hunting, and resilience building
- Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering effective courses, workshops, and training
- Proficiency in IT and Office software
- Familiarity with the local labor market
- Ability to network effectively to establish and maintain fruitful relationships internally and externally
- Skilled communicator with the ability to convince, influence, and actively listen to others
- Training or Coaching certification
- Background in Employability or Recruitment
- Experience in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
- Professional and effective communication across multiple platforms
- Capability to multitask, prioritize, and manage own schedule efficiently

The role of Employability Trainer is crucial in aiding our participants who have been unemployed for at least 6 months to secure stable employment.
No day is like the other. The Employability Trainer will provide support to groups of participants, ensuring they are directed and motivated appropriately to progress towards long-lasting and meaningful employment by enhancing their skills and knowledge in CV writing, interview techniques, workplace confidence, and other essential competencies.
