    Description

    Technical Trainer

    What the day will look like:

    • Act as the main contact for CII Content Serve, developing online learning pathways for colleagues
    • Collaborate with internal teams to identify training needs and tailor learning pathways
    • Coordinate with external online content providers to ensure seamless integration
    • Support troubleshooting of Content Serve issues to maintain quality and functionality
    • Assess colleagues' knowledge on regulatory, technical, and business matters
    • Coordinate and execute training initiatives to maximize learning outcomes
    • Support continuous improvement in regulatory, policy, and operational training
    • Assist in translating training strategy into local actions
    • Participate in training and governance meetings to address issues and recommend improvements
    • Collaborate to meet CPD requirements under the T&C policy
