    Description
    Als Analyst Talent & Organisational Development(m/w/d) am Standort Augsburg spielst Du dabei eine entscheidende Rolle
    Deine Aufgaben
    Konzeption, Durchführung und Weiterentwicklung von Personalentwicklungsprogrammen auf verschiedenen Führungsebenen innerhalb des Unternehmens, z. B. Programme für Berufseinsteiger oder Führungskräfte
    Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem gesamten HR-Team und dem Unternehmen, um die am besten geeigneten internen und externen Schulungen zu ermitteln und zu organisieren sowie Budget und Zeitplan dafür zu verwalten
    Erster Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeiter bei Fragen rund um interne und externe Trainingsangebote
    Analysieren und Visualisieren von Daten und Teilnehmerfeedback zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung aller Programme und Trainings
    Mitgestaltung und Moderation von Schulungen zu verschiedenen HR-Themen (z.B. Performance Enablement)
    Konzeption und Organisation von virtuellen oder Live-Veranstaltungen zur Förderung der Unternehmenskultur (z.B. Mental Health Awareness Week)
    Mitwirken bei der Gestaltung und Umsetzung von Mitarbeiterbefragungen
    Was Du mitbringst
    Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Personal, Psychologie oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
    Ausgezeichnete Organisations- und Projektmanagementfähigkeiten in Verbindung mit hoher Flexibilität und der Fähigkeit Prioritäten zu setzen
    Erste Erfahrungen im Personalwesen in einem internationalen Umfeld wünschenswert
    Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten in deutscher und englischer Sprache (in Wort und Schrift)
    Freude an Arbeit im Team, Eigeninitiative sowie lösungs- und kreativitätsorientiertes Denken
    Sicherheit im Umgang mit allen gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
    Erfahrung mit Workday oder einem anderen HRIS wünschenswert
