    Description

    You will be partly embedded in an account team working with established clients in Major League Baseball, Visa, Shell and partly focused on new business as we target growth across both B2B and B2C experiential marketing.

    Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, we're looking for someone who will play a key role in shaping the new business and growth strategy with the MD and SLT, you will be active in enhancing Imagination's brand reputation - acting as a public face and thought leader, whilst sharing insights for the business, mentoring and developing our rising talent.

    We seek a candidate with a strong perspective, credibility and understanding of audience insight, modern brand building, broader marketing strategy as well as experiential and communications.

    Being tapped into the cultural zeitgeist, changing media landscape and social worlds that surround modern brands and their audiences is a key requirement.

    Working with the MD, business and discipline leads, identify strategic client targets and pursue growth of new accounts/projects of suitable scale and profile
    Lead key pitches strategically, working with our Creative teams to develop standout creative ideas that position Imagination as a global leader
    Develop client relationships, fire up workstreams with the wider team and oversee the delivery of strategy across new clients

    Working with the established teams, further develop our work and reputation with clients like Major League Baseball, Visa, Shell and others.

    Talent development and talent networking (approx.

    Provide inspiration and leadership to your strategy reports, providing a high quality of output management, welfare oversight and personal development through our development platform, Grow Forward.

    Champion diversity and inclusion in all recruitment efforts, helping to widen diversity and ensuring we move towards a creative offer that is drawing on diverse experience cultural inspiration and understanding.

    Overall team and UK business performance - demonstrating contribution to the overall task
    Culture and community - demonstrating retention of key talent, wellbeing, collaboration and job satisfaction from the creative community

    Quality and standards - demonstrating elevation and maintenance of a higher standard of creative output, that is market leading.

    Imagination London are currently working a Hybrid model of three days in the office and two days working from home.
