Depot Maintenance Technician - Doncaster - CFM970801My client is a family led global Facilities Management organisation who were founded in 1985; they hold many successful and stable blue-chip contracts and have done for many years, they now have an opportunity to join their team and are looking for a Depot Maintenance Technician.

The ideal candidate will be required to perform planned and reactive maintenance on a full range of general building maintenance tasks; reactive maintenance being a quality my client is keen for the successful candidate to hold.
You will be expected to perform basic plumbing, joinery, carpentry, painting/decorating and general building maintenance to a number of site locations in the Doncaster area.
You will assist with electrical and mechanical plant works at the sites and working alongside a qualified Electrician.You must have experience working in a Building Maintenance position in a retail or commercial environment and be able to deliver results in a fast-paced environment, holding the following qualifications and experience;
Reactive maintenance experience
Carry out a range of building maintenance tasks involving plumbing, carpentry, painting/ decorating, joinery.
Full UK driving license
90 per annum + BUPA medical cover + 33 days paid annual leave including bank holidays + much more.
