West Kent Hub (Tunbridge Wells, Sevenoaks, Maidstone, Paddock Wood, Snodland, Walderslade)

With a dedicated team of approximately 600 employees primarily situated across Kent, and expanding operations in Essex, Sussex, and Hampshire, we are committed to delivering exceptional care to those in need.

At Superior Healthcare, we prioritize the growth and development of our teams. As our business expands, we offer an exciting opportunity to join our Complex Care team as a Senior Carer.

We provide paid, specialist training to equip you with the necessary skills to confidently meet the varied needs of our clients, facilitating both personal and professional growth.

Shift Pattern:
Permanent Contract with a minimum of 35 hours per week
Rolling Rota (i.e. Day or night shift options available.
Rota issued in advance

Competitive rates of pay, starting at £14.49 per hour (this includes holiday pay) plus up to £35.81 per hour (including holiday pay) for bank holiday work.

Entry Requirements for

Senior Healthcare Assistant:

Minimum 12 months' experience in a professional care setting, preferably with adults/children requiring complex care (Tracheostomy and Ventilation experience preferred).

Possession of, or willingness to work towards, a level 3 NVQ qualification or similar.
Full, clean UK driving license with access to your own vehicle.
