Supply Chain and Operations Executive - Fashion Accessories
£28k - £35k office based, SE5

This is a young fashion accessories business selling D2C internationally. They are growing rapidly; building their fan based, with new designs, innovative thinking and celebrity collaborations. If you an aspiring Buyer or Merchandiser, this is a great role for you.


The owner of the business is looking for her "right hand human" to support and oversee the supply chain and operations of the business.


There's no part of the business that you won't touch, from raw materials management, production planning, finished inventory planning, quality control, logistics and customer service.

For anyone finding their path in D2C e-commerce or the fashion industry, this role is the best way to make a real impact at a fast-growing accessories brand.


We're looking for someone who's passionate about the ins and outs of supply chain and logistics management in the fashion biz and knows there's no shame in loving a well-organized spreadsheet.

You'll be making good use of the ERP system to control master date and run reports, creating dashboards, and provide insight to the owner.


Perhaps you are someone with a strategic and logical mind who doesn't want to spend their days as a cog in a corporate machine.

You'll be organised and creative, fashion-forward and detail-obsessed.


Responsibilities:


Supply Chain / Production / Stock Management

  • Managing stock control and inventory checks
  • Supplier Orders and Account Management.
  • Quality Control
  • Fulfilment (overseeing daily collection)
  • Processing returns
  • Monitoring transactions/payment gateways and resolving relevant issues
  • Stock replenishment

Sales Analysis and Reporting

  • Weekly reporting to Founder
  • Creating and reviewing Sales Reports
  • Costs of goods sold management and analysis (Zedonk)

Customer Service
- timely manner.

  • Resolving customer delivery issues
  • Knowledge of retail environments and an understanding of Merchandising
  • A good understanding of the online customer and their behaviours
  • You will be commercially minded
  • Having a keen eye on budgets and budgetary changes.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring information is accurate
  • You can translate data into clear insights
  • Good problemsolving skills
  • Serious love of numbers, and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Demonstrate market awareness
  • Awareness of brand values
  • Time management skills
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
  • Task oriented able to prioritise effectively.


The role is based in Camberwell (10 minutes from Denmark Hill Station), where you'll work alongside the production team, the owner and the studio puppy Nike There will be a steady stream of true crime podcasts.

Although this role isn't available remotely, the studio has a relaxed and fun atmosphere.

You will need to be eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship at any time. You'll have an interest in fashion, and some knowledge of purchase order processing, production planning, and logistics. You might come from a Buying or Merchandising, purchasing or supply chain background.
