- As a colleague you will support the running of the kiosk, working closely with the team.
- Responsible for maintaining the security of cash, stock, premises and team colleagues by following correct procedures.
- Delivery of all KPI's.
- Basic food preparation and heating food in the kiosk. These products include, Pizzas, Mexican Foods, Macaroni & Cheese, Chicken Parmigiano, side dishes.
- Display and restock products.
- Maintain the clean and tidy appearance of the concession before, during and after service.
- Opening and closing routines, control systems and record keeping
- Ensuring a high level of personal hygiene, ensuring that food safety regulations are adhered to.
- Great product knowledge.
- Friendly, confident & supportive.
- Strong communicator who understands what it means to deliver fabulous customer service.
- Ideally has previous catering/retail experience.
- Has ability to deliver high standards in food quality and business targets.
- Responsible, reliable and honest.
- Is flexible in terms of hours/days for work.
- Basic Food Hygiene Level 2
