Full Job Description

The focus will be on residential property management of a high-profile portfolio for residential lettings, working closely with the asset management team.

Key responsibilities

  • Managing 150 units with the Head of Department as their No.
  • Management of reactive and proactive maintenance within the tenant's demise, ensuring timely delivery whilst having as cost effective approach.
  • Working alongside the credit control team to ensure rent is paid on time and arrears are chased according to internal processes, escalating to solicitors where required.
  • End of tenancy management, including servicing eviction notices and deposit negotiations/release.
  • Complete weekly void inspections and 6 monthly tenancy inspections.
  • Leading small project works where required to maximise yield or working with the client on larger scale projects.
  • Working closely with the facilities management team on compliance works and maintaining communal plant which may serve the apartments.
  • Working closely with the block management team to inform market let tenants of communal works.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • Residential property management experience years plus).
  • Excellent communicator and client relationship skills.
  • Good time management and organisational skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Good financial skills and team player.
  • ARLA qualified or willing to start this course.
  • Experience with PMS software.
