    Role: Ecommerce + CRM Executive

    JOB PURPOSE

    Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Ecommerce + CRM Executive oversees the D+D website, striving to craft an exceptional site experience and steering our email marketing efforts.

    We seek a dynamic individual to embrace this role within a laid-back, yet innovative environment.

    WHAT YOU'LL DO

    Run the D+D website

    • Daily management of DUKE + DEXTER website.
    • Ensure successful product uploads and campaign launches, managing tagging and Metafields for engaging product pages.
    • Merchandise the site to improve product discoverability, balancing commercial and stock requirements.
    • Update content and creative elements on the site, including sections like D+D world and Help categories.
    • Enhance on-site search functionality to boost conversions.
    • Collaborate with the development agency to refine development plans for the D+D site.
    • Handle product pricing and localized content using Shopify Markets.
    • Implement UX enhancements on the D+D website to drive conversions and revenue.
    • Coordinate with product and marketing teams to ensure assets align with best practices.

    CRM

    • Execute the email marketing strategy daily, sending campaign communications promptly following the communication calendar, utilizing Klaviyo.
    • Maintain consistency between website experience and email marketing communications.
    • Optimize performance and creativity of email automation flows for increased revenue.

    Reporting

    • Utilize tools like Shopify, GA4, and HotJar to monitor user behavior, identifying conversion opportunities and obstacles.
    • Provide regular performance reports and e-commerce enhancement suggestions based on analytics insights.
    • Track key CRM performance metrics.
    • Create monthly creative summaries outlining key insights from web and CRM initiatives for the creative team.

    WHAT YOU'LL HAVE

    • 1-2 years of relevant experience.
    • Proficiency in Shopify.
    • Strong analytical abilities.
    • Preferably Klaviyo familiarity or similar CRM system experience.
    • Fashion/retail background, with industry-specific experience as a bonus.
