    Tasks

    As a WarehouseManagement System Specialist youll play a pivotal role in theimplementation of a cuttingedge Warehouse Management System acrossmultiple distribution centres. Collaborating closely with the ITTeam youll serve as the bridge between IT and Distribution actingas a designated super user for the newsystem.

    • Conduct thorough analysis ofcurrent operational workflows/processes within distribution centresin preparation for the new systemsimplementation.
    • Provide extensive support fortesting configuration and optimization of the new system acrossdistribution centres.
    • Offer handson support forsystem process changes and drive continuous improvementinitiatives.
    • Resolve system issues efficientlyworking closely with IS and providing ongoing support toDistribution teams.
    • Develop comprehensivetraining materials and programs to facilitate smooth transition andadoption of the new system.
    • Analyse businessprocesses devise new processes and refine systemconfiguration.
    • Oversee testing and qualityassurance efforts to ensure the integrity and reliability ofimplemented solutions.
    • Lead continuousimprovement initiatives aimed at enhancing overall operationalefficiency.

    Requirements

    • Trackrecord in successfully rolling out WMS solutions in distributioncentres
    • Communication and people skills withthe ability to work crossfunctionally andcollaboratively.
    • Analytical and problemsolvingabilities with a meticulous eye fordetail.
    • Adaptable to rapidly changingpriorities.
    • Blue Yonder SAP WM or SAP EWMexperience would be strongasset.
