Salary: £Competitive + excellent benefits (bonus, pension, healthcare, life cover etc.) Location: London, hybrid About the role As a Creative Artworker, you will report directly to the Senior Studio Manager, undertaking a range of crucial departmental responsibilities. You will collaborate across the Global Marketing Studio team to provide support on a diverse range of artwork and launch collateral on both print and digital design platforms.Your skill set will include exceptional layout and production capabilities, complemented by advanced proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, Sketch, and PowerPoint. Your strong administrative skills will be essential, along with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and various project management programs.Equally important will be the soft skills you bring to the role. Your confidence, motivation, credibility, and communication skills will be central to success, along with your creativity and ability to be highly proactive and quickly adapt to changing priorities. Furthermore, your meticulous attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and ability to multi-task will be invaluable in this position.

    What you'll do

  • Assist in type corrections and file preparation daily
  • Check artwork and layout for completeness and adherence to agency standards
  • Maintain an organized, systematic job filing system across accounts
  • Keep supervisor advised of status and changes to projects
  • Build print-ready final mechanical files for a wide variety of tactics
  • Organize and prioritize workload to meet several deadlines at the same time
  • Stay hyper focused and organized in a fast paced, high-traffic, creative working surrounding
  • Coordinate the day-to-day organization of multiple projects within the Creative Studio team
  • Demonstrate and positive problem-solving skills

    • About you

  • Ideally 5+ years of experience
  • Advanced experience with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Mastery of composition techniques, using multiple elements to produced finished projects, with strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products
  • Strong Portfolio demonstrating production skills
  • Experience within an ad agency and/or internal creative department
  • Understanding of traditional graphic design
  • Demonstrated skill in typography
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
