As a (Junior) Website Strategist you will be instrumental in researching and delivering long-term website strategies that drive digital growth for our clients for both existing websites and as part of website redesign projects on the HubSpot CMS.
You'll work as part of a team alongside specialist HubSpot designers, developers, content writers and SEO specialists, utilising your knowledge in UX, CRO and analytics to create compelling digital experiences.
Alongside our existing website strategists you will be running client workshops, producing analytical reports, putting together strategy documents and working with our designers to create wireframes.
Develop and execute comprehensive web strategies that align with client objectives.Conduct competitive market analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
Create sitemaps, page strategies, UX maps; Maintain project timelines and closely control scope of work for web projects and retainer clients, ensuring profitability and client success
Collaborate with sales and web directors to accurately price and pitch website projects, including agile and continuous improvement projects.
Support client teams in setting SMART goals and driving the strategic direction of their web presence.Previous experience in website-focused marketing roles with proven success in strategic web development.
Knowledge of digital marketing platforms like HubSpot or WordPress, and basic proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO, and market research.
Strong project management skills, familiar with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies is an advantage.Strong data analysis skills; able to deep dive into web performance, make reasoned recommendations for KPIs / growth, create easy to understand reports that demonstrate success within the clients goals
Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Technology; MBA preferred.
Fluent in English. German, Finnish or Swedish speaking is a plus
