Description
As an Account Manager you will be responsible for;

Being the first point of contact for existing customers
Understanding their requirements ensuring needs are met within a timely manner to retain business
Processing customer orders on a bespoke internal system ensuring accuracy
Providing forecasting updates to Senior Management on weekly and monthly basis
Managing and maintaining an internal CRM system
General administrative duties
