- Lead and motivate a team of roofers and cladders.
- Ensure adherence to project schedules and deadlines.
- Monitor work quality to meet industry standards.
- Conduct inspections to identify defects and ensure corrective actions.
- Implement best practices for roofing and cladding installations.
- Understand materials, techniques, and industry trends.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Communicate project updates and requirements clearly.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial roofing and cladding.
- Proven history of site supervision and managing teams.
- Familiarity with various roofing and cladding materials and techniques.
- Ability to work at heights
- Hold a CSCS card
- Valid driving license
- IPAF (3a, 3b) certification.
- First aid training.
- Competitive hourly rate: £35,000-£40,000 per year dependent on experience.
