    Equifind are proud to partner with a private equity-sponsored financial services group based in the City to recruit a Financial Analyst.

    This young, yet ambitious organisation operates within the private credit financing sector, with a particular emphasis on real assets.

    With a recent milestone of facilitating over £38.5 million in loans during a record-breaking month, this company is undergoing remarkable growth.

    To bolster this expansion, an exciting opportunity has emerged for a Financial Analyst to collaborate with the Head of Finance on all finance and operational matters.

    The team sees this as an ideal opportunity for a newly chartered accountant transitioning from public practice to delve into the industry for the first time.

    Alongside routine reporting obligations, the role encompasses a diverse array of ad hoc analyses and projects.

    These include tasks such as organising finance warehousing, constructing Power BI models, developing new finance dashboards, participating in system transformation initiatives, and much more.

    What will I be doing?Support the production of monthly consolidated management accounts for Group (revenue recognition, intercompany, overheads, accruals/prepayments, fixed assets, purchase ledger)Maintain accuracy of all loan schedules (currently a near £400m securitised loan book funded by several prominent investment banks)Support the overall cash management requirements to finance lending activities.

    Support the annual audit of group entitiesCollate and analyse financial information relevant for submission to ExCo via the monthly board reporting packsBusiness partner several divisions (Servicing, IT, Marketing, Sales) in the production of relevant financial information for decision making and support the business's continuous development as a best-in-class alternative lenderProvide financial information to the relevant regulatory bodiesWhat's on offer?Base salary of £60-65,000Discretionary annual bonusEmployer pension contribution27 days annual leavePrivate medical insurance coverage.
