You will be responsible for a variety of tasks to support the line managers where possible.

My client are a fasting growing organisation with amazing potential to further develop their contracts so are currently looking for an Area Manager role.

Description

The main duties of the role include:

  • Our approach is all about co-production with the people we support. We work with them to design and plan things so we can create the best experiences together.
  • You will work alongside the people we support and our colleagues to build positive relationships that enable people to take positive risks or have their say about the support they receive as well as develop skills on a practical or personal level.
  • In addition to this you may deliver personal care to people where and if required in a personcentred way that is always respectful and dignified. You will role model best practice while doing so.
  • As the Area Operations Manager you will be responsible for the delivery of effective and efficient personalised services for people, ensuring systems, processes and practices are in place and reported to keep people safeguarded from abuse.
  • Working with external stakeholders and internal support functions to learn from the past and reflect on new ways of working to reduce future incidents and build positive relationships to achieve good outcomes for the people we support through regular meetingsand the completion of annual reports, questionnaires, and relevant documentation in line with the registration and contract compliance.
